Return & Exchange Policy

⁎The following policy applies to products purchased through Tafts.com directly. If you have purchased through Amazon.com or another retailer, please refer to Amazon’s or that retailer’s return policy.

 

Tafts strives to exceed expectations by creating high-quality products and standing by them.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please immediately contact us, or the retailer from which the product was purchased, within 14 days of delivery for a replacement. 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order or the color that you chose, you can return or exchange your order within 60 days of purchase as long as the return meets the following criteria:

 

 - All Returns and Exchanges must be in original sale condition.

 - Items must not be damaged, washed, worn, or visibly used and must be returned in its original packaging. 

 

Returned or Exchanged products that fail to meet these conditions are subject to a restocking fee.

The original receipt or proof of purchase is required for all Return or Exchange requests.
